How to use the ROAS calculator
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) measures the revenue generated for every unit of currency spent on advertising. A ROAS of 3x means that for every 1 invested in ads, you generate 3 in revenue.
The breakeven ROAS is the minimum ROAS needed to cover all your costs (product, shipping, payment fees) and reach the breakeven point. Below this threshold, every sale loses you money.
POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) goes further by measuring actual profit relative to ad spend. A POAS of 1x means your profit exactly covers your ad spend.
